Allstate Insurance Allstate Insurance Homeowners Insurance denied with not written documentation Nationwide

We have had Allstate insurance for over 20 years. About a year ago our refrigerator leaked. We contacted Allstate and were told it was not covered under our policy, but the damage had to be "sudden". Recently I came home to a flooded kitchen. This time the dishwasher. Even though this was "sudden" they denied the claim because there was existing water damage from the refridgerator leak. They will not provide me a written report from the inspector. They claim they do not have a anything in writing. They will not return my phone calls.
