Received a call from a Jason Boyd and said that I had borrowed money from Cashnet and never repaid. Then proceded to tell me an arrest warrant was going to be issued and that I had to be in court at 11am on 2/23/11. I never even heard of this company before.

I called cashnet and they have no information on this. I then called local police and my bank and credit union to let them know what was going on.

Then I called them back and asked to speak with the supervisor and he sounded the same as the first guy I spoke with and his name is Mr. Miller.

When I checked the number 949-613-7776 it said it was out of Ohio.The name of the company is Allstate Legal Services and I cannot find a company that does this.

There is one that sells legal services to Lawyers.
