AllState Legal Services Mark Harris called me and said I will be arrested for a loan that I did not get. Internet

I received a call on 3/21/11 from Mark Harris stating that I owe a loan from Cash Net USA and I need to show up to court tomorrow with my lawyer or I will be arrested.  He read this long document to me and told me not to interupt.  When I did, he got real angry.  I stopped him because I did not know what he was talking about and could barely understand him due to his accent.  He was very rude and knew all my information about my address, bank account, and the last four of my SSN.  I told him that I did not receive a loan and he got angry and said I did and need to show up to court with proof that I didn't.  He said that he had proof that I did and he said that I did receive the money for $5000. 

I immediately called Cash Net and they said that I have no account with them and Allstate is a scam and that I cannot be arrested for a payday loan by law.  They sent me information on how to report the fraudulent behavior.  They were very sorry that I was contacted by this company.

I have contacted my bank and the police and I also file a complaint with FTC.

I hope these people are stopped and that no one fall prey to them.
