allstate legal services william turner i was informed that i had payday loan outstanding from cashnet i was informed that i failed to pay it back and that i was being sued and the police would be arriving to take me to jail and detain me t allstate legal services.com, Ohio

 i was informed by a mister william turner that i had a payday loan from cashnet that i failed to pay back and he is from allstate legal services representing cashnet i am being sued and the police will be dispatched to your residence to arrest you for this unpaid loan. when i asked him for details he got really belligerent. i said i never had a payday loan are you sure you have the right individual he said do not try to deny the loan you know you took it under false pretense and i still informed him he was wrong he informed me of my address and phone no# but could not give details of the loan. i informed him once again you are wrong and he replied you will pay this loan or suffer the consequences. he informed my court date was 12/12/2011 the guy sounded like a pakistanian. and when i told him i think he is running a scam he said will see and hung up. i quickly looked for cashnet on the internet and got a phone number and called informing them of this call and them assured me that their is no agency representing cash net for any of their services. and also informed me of this is not the firsat incident as many have been reporterd so you are not being sued by us.
