I have been receiving messages from a guy William Turner who speaks with a heavy accent. He now has started leaving messages at my work. This company Allstate Legal Services claims I owe Payday Yes for a payday loan which I know I do not and the first time he called it was from a different number out of Ohio but when I told him I would wait for the warrant to be issued and then I would get a lawyer to fight it..he stopped calling for a while and now the calls started up again with the same threat about a warrant. Now its from a 305 area code in Miami, Florida. It's all a scam because I know I do not owe this Payday Loan place and my checking account information will provide it!

Whatever you do, don't give them your account number. They will rob you blind. Refuse to talk to them and refer them to your lawyer. Trust me, they won't call your lawyer because they are scam artists, but giving the number may scare them away. Sorry for your troubles.
