Allumiderm Skin restore Basically they stole my money. Costa Mesa California

On or about June 17, 2017 I was searching the internet for various items, nothing special. During my search I would click on items and look at what they were good for and pricing but I was just 'window shopping'.  Apparently, I checked out the Allumiderm site...I began the order process filling out name and address, etc., then decided I was not really interested in product.  I 'Xed' out the information I had entered and closed the site.  I never completed or submitted an order.   Later I received an order confirmation by email (dated 6/17/17 @7:53 AM)!  I saw this email for the first time on 6/23/17 and  immediately replied to the email that I "DID NOT ORDER THIS!!

Customer service replied so I know they received it and I again replied by email on 6/24/17 "DID NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!!"  this email was received by them also.  I had been out of town for a few weeks without access to email. When I returned and checked my credit card statement I was shocked to see a charge for $94.90 from a company called Skin Restore (I had not received any product) I found a phone number for them on line which was also Allumiderm. I spoke to Yatt and requested my money back. was refused but she cancelled the account. Now I've received product, I spoke with Marcus today 8/20/17 he stated they will not accept product return or  give a refund. This is a scam to the elderly among others
