     I purchased what I thought was a sample of an eye cream. Paid only shipping. I learned later that if you don't return unused product within 14 days they will charge you for the sample and automatically enroll you in auto shipments. The company told me it is a trial and not a sample.

     I paid 4.95 for the sample and they also billed me 5.95 for a face cream that they sent also.  I figured that was OK because they did send the other product.  This was 9-4-2017

     On 9-17-2017 they billed my credit card 86.95...on 9-20-2017 they billed my credit card 89.95,  Then on 10-17-17 they billed my credit card again for 92.90.

     I called the company and was told it was a trial and not a sample. Because I did not return the product within 14 days, they charged my credit card for the original product and enrolled me in auto shipments.

     The company said they could offer me 35% discount retroactive and on all future orders. I said I do not want 35% discount on a product I do not want. I declined and I am sending back the unused portion of original shipment plus the product that I received yesterday.

     Hopefully this will stop future shipments and charges on my credit card.  I will call the credit card company today also.  Lesson learned !!!

     The supervisor I spoke to said I did not worry him with my threats of BBB, Attorney, Credit card company or the bank. He said if they were worried, they would issue a credit.  I told him I was done talking to him, said bye and hung up.  He called me back 3 times before I could get him blocked on my phone.
