The site offered a free sample , $5.95 for shipping. The claims, stories, ads were all false, made-up famous people supposedly using their product. I ordered a free sample. Two weeks later I was charged $89.95 for supposedly signing up for that. 

It was impossible to see the terms of agreement. They were deliberately burried in minutely small print that only could be read with a magnifier.  It is a deliberate rip off and scam to filch money from innocent victims. A company is legally obliged to explain their terms in a readible and obvious manner.  Alluderm deliberately concealed the terms in order to gain a massif rip-off.

When I called they at first offered me a $30 reduction. I insisted all of my money returned . They argued and argued and finally said they had all the lawyers and legality behind them and there was nothing I could do.

Allumiderm-Allumineye 1175 Baker St Ste E 19-228Costa Mesa Caq 92626-4136 I tried their product for 4.95 trial eye and 5.95 for derm, I wasn't told about the 14 days to cancel, therefore they charged my credit card $92.90 for eye and 94.90 for derm. The product does not work, I have the product unopened they charged me and automaticall shipped after speaking with a rep on 3 Oct that she would give me a 30 day FREE trial period, that I could cancel 28 Nov 2017 if I was unhappy,,,NO MENTION OF WHAT WAS ALREADY CHARGED!! I have repeatedly called the support number to no avail. They aren't able to refund my money unless my bank does a 3 way phone call. My bank doesn't do 3 way calls. So, I'm stuck for the product. I have successfully cancelled any further shipments. But I want to return this package and get my 92.90 and 94.90 back. Costa Mesa California

Eye youth remedy allumineye and youthful skin pro allumiderm I was offered a sample of an eye cream if I paid for shipping. When it arrived there was also a face serum. My July credit card showed eye youth remedy from Nevada charge of $5.95 and a charge of $4.95 from youthful skin pro from California but they came in the same box. I just got my credit card bill and there are charges on 7/18 from Jim eye youth remedy for $86.95 and KHN youthful skin for $89.95. Another charge on 8/18 com Jimeye youth remedy for $92.90 and from KHN youthful skin pro for$94.90 now this is $10.95 in July and $364.70. I thought I was paying $5.00 for a sample. I called them and they said if I didn't call them within 14 days I agreed to pay full price and auto reorder. After a heated conversation she took 30% off the auto ship order. I live on Social Security. I could not read any small print. I must have been dumb enough to agree to their terms. Allumiderm - Allumineye A free trial that isn't a free trial. Like the previous person, I decided to try Allumiderm & Allumineye because it was a FREE TRIAL you just pay shipping and handling ($5.95 for the eye cream and $4.95 for the face/skin cream) I don't recall reading anything telling me to cancel in 14 days or be billed the full price. Not did I know that my trial started ON the order date!! I cancelled my subscription (that I didn't know that I had) but I'm still being billed $176.90 for a product that has shown me no results! Talking about a rip off...TRUST me, had I REALIZED that that charge was to occur, I would have been calling customer service (NO help) Costa Mesa California

allumiderm I order a sample off the internet for skin remedy formula and qci eyelastic for $4.95 shipping and was billed $10.90 (which i pd. I never rec'd the samples except a .50oz rejuvenating eye cream and .5 oz of luxurious moisturizing anti-aging serum. I then was bill on my visa billed for $89.95 for the skin remedy formula and $86.95 for the qci eyelastic. when i called the co, the lady stated that that was the samples. I was to call co and cn after 7 or 10 days or i would be billed for it. I went on the web and couldn't find that in writing and it wasn't in with my shippment. she stated that i could get 50% off my bill. but that was the only thing i could get back. and if i saw a lawyer, i would not get the 50%off. so i still owe them $86.95. what a rip off and i told her thAT they were ripping people off. thank you for your help allumiderm 1175 baker st ste E19228 costa mesa ca costa mesa ca 92626-1169* California
