Alside Defective Windows and Installation , Internet

Being a landlord, it’s important to me to keep my properties in tip top shape, and keep my tenants happy. Two of my properties needed window replacements badly. I decided to go with Alside windows and a local company to replace all the windows in both properties. They seemed to be the right choice for me. A whole two days after window installation (a total of 22 windows between both properties), BOTH of my tenants in each property were complaining of cold air leakage, condensation, and about half of them not closing properly. I contacted the company who sold me the windows and they pretty much told me it was a problem I’d have to take up with Alside. Probably about 20 phone calls later (no exaggeration), I was basically told that these are issues not covered in their warranty and it was not their problem. Avoid all these headaches and go with a different window manufacturer.
