Filing a RIP-OFF is the FIRST step to take after you've become a victim of this PROVEN CRIMINAL (censored). However, a Rip-Off Report is only the beginning of this "ALYON TECHNOLOGIES NIGHTMARE".

Alyon Technologies has ILLEGALLY DOWNLOADED AND

INSTALLED TROJAN ITEMS to your computer.

(Many have recommended saving these items to a disc prior to deleting them) Search your computer for 'mini dialer' and 'iedisco.exe' and delete them. The mini dialer should be located next to your local Internet Service Provider. They have created a folder called 'eGroup'- find and delete it.

They have also made MANY CHANGES to your Windows Registry. If you're technically knowledgeable, you may be able to manually remove these items from your Registry. I was unsuccessful in doing this, as no matter how many times I removed or deleted these items, they repeatedly re-appeared in my Windows Registry.

For YOUR protection, first:

Write a Certified letter with RETURN RECEIPT to Alyon Technologies disputing the charges. This is very important because it establishes a record of your dispute. Also, call 201-865-7600 - Alyon's in New Jersey number - and tell them that "you deny all knowledge of anyone using their web site".

Then I recommend you do the following:

*File a complaint with the Georgia Attorney General's Office. There is an ACTIVE INVESTIGATION, PLEASE CALL THEM NOW!
