American Car Center Unprofessional Worker's Memphis Tennessee

American Car Center does not stand by their words,

they have these Unprofessional people working there

I was told if you can't make your payment onyour due date call and your account rep wiil work with you.

 well that is a bold face lie .For one they are very rude they don't work with you.They need to get rid of 

   Latoya Williams what place of  business tells a customer to pump their brakes. They do not have an grace period and the reps they hired are so rude and disrespectful.I would never refer anyone to them. I ask for an extension and was told no ,I better have my payment in by the close of today which is 9/29/14 and my payment was due just this past Saturday. ..
