American Freight Scam, Bait & Switch, Unprofessional, LIARS Syracuse, New York

These people really are scum of the Earth.  I've waited to file my complaint due to fear of retaliation on describing what dirt bags this company is full of.

I will say everything that I've experienced at this store was outlined by other members so I can attest to the truthfulness of many of the complaints.  They straight out lie to your face on just about every aspect of their business.  From availability of merchandise, time to wait for delivery to store from national warehouse, delivery from outsourced delivery company, to employees being in the building and so on.

I will tell you if your a victim of these pieces of garbage you can get your money back.  Go into the store and start making a scene in front of the other customers about exactly what they do and you can bet they will refund you your money.  It felt great to tell each and every one of them exactly what pieces of trash they are while using descriptive examples of what they've done to me personally with no ability to make a reply.

They will say ANYTHING to you to ensure they get a payment from you.  Their motto is have them pay now and deal with the aftermath later.  One of the worst business's I've dealt with in my life.  It's sad to because they would be much more successful with several small changes but that goes to show what drives the company and employees. 

I would rather pay 10-40% more for furniture from a BBB recognized company then deal with even one of the valid complaints customers have.  No business let alone a wholesale outlet store should do the things they do.  I hope someone is able to compose a class action lawsuit on this company and force them into full bankruptcy without the ability to remain in business ever again.
