American Furniture has poor customer service like ALL companies in the US Pueblo Colorado

First, I would like to say that Dave in CA is an idiot for signing papers he did not read. Second, sue them both and make the judge decide which one is responsible.

I just missed an ad for customer service at their Pueblo store. I answered it the next day and they said they were not taking any more applications. I called the corporate office in Denver and left a message for personnel. I told them that customer service is where 90% plus of the problems start in all companies. I tell all CEO's this but they are not smart enough to realize this.

Most CEO's in the US, and around the world, especially in China, think they are smarter than consultants and can figure out anything. That is why Jamie Diamone at J P Morgan Chase said in an interview last year he could not understand why his companies investment department was having trouble.

That is why Bank of America, according to the NY Times, is going to lose millions in bad debt. There is a solution to reduce it but since I do not work for them I will not mention it. I am glad to see, however, that they were smart enough to buy Countryside Mortgage. I know they will make a turn-around on this company.

Back to AF. They are so poor in customer service that I left a message for personnel stating they should hire me, since I have no job, and I really did appreciate the free queen-size bed they gave me free after I had a problem with a small rip in the bottom of the boxspring. I charged it back to my credit card and they never caught it in the accounting department. Thanks for the free bed Mr. Michael (Mike) Thomas, CEO, and President Carlyle (Lyle) Harris, and especially CFO Blair Taylor, who runs the accounting department.

I had the same thing happen with Dell Solutions. Thank you Michael Dell for the free computer.
