American General Finance Scammers always trying to make payments late New York New York

When I got my loan, they sent me a letter stating my loan had been paid in full and thanked me for my business. I had of course not paid it in full. This was some attempt to get me to delay my payments and then pay late charges or jump up my interest rate, by not paying my initial payment. I had to call and argue with them that I owed them money and my account was not paid in full.

Now more than a year later months later, they just stopped accepting my payments and will send them back. I called to see why and they said I owed 125$ and my last payment was under that amount. I said I would send in the 125$ in 3 days, the lady said that would be fine. So then sent in 130$ in 3 days just as I said and they returned that payment also. I bet they are charging me all kinds of late payments and no payments fees even though I had sent in more then they said I needed to. Of course you can not access your account on line, to make payments or view a statement. They want your money but as slow as possible so they can add in all kinds of extra charges.

They also kept calling about 3 months after I got the loan, I thought it was something important so I called back and they were trying to give me a 10,000$ bill consolidation loan. luckily I did not accept it.
