American General Finance ruiened a familys house heritage Steubebville Ohio

my husband an i decided to buy his familys farm house, we even had a lawyer draw up the papers. when we asked for a payoff price we were told by american general finance that they could not give ua a payoff because they never transfered the loan with the quick claim deed and the taxes. we paid 4310.oo on the house and american general finance said we only were paying 5.oo dollars toward the prinipal. our lawyer was told it was 7% interest and a fixed rate.

but after nine months when it was time to ask for the payoff price they added more to the price of the house and claiming the other owners before us owed 2 and a half months also. i didnt sigh up to rent . all the money and work we put into the house we got shafted. i want my money back .

i dont feel i was treated fairly. the manager would meet me and pick up my house payments and at one point sent one of the employees to my house and she wouldnt leave without a payment. wrong answer crooks they are. and now i moved but i want my money back.
