American Home Mortgage - American Home Mortage Company, Opition One Mortgage Company Modified loan no payment for 4 months then reported me late on credit report then increased payment after modification approved Jacksonville Florida

My issue is that this company kept increasing my payment stating that it was my escrow I went for 862.00 to over 1033. 00 payments, things became vry bad so I applied for a loan modification, I worked with Robyn Dobbs Very nice lady. she had me send in 1000.00 in july and then I was told that I would not need to make a pyament for August, Sept and October, my first payment would be do November 1st I had peperwork sent to me contracts and all signed P & I and Escrow all included this was mandatory in receiving the loan. she stated take this time to pay off some of my medical bills. I did all was well. I made my first payment via money gram as stated in contract on Oct 31st. I was called on November 3 stating I owed over 700.00 on my loan when I told them I had apid this they argued with me for 2 hours and then realized that it was applied wrong, but then stated I still owed 42.00 becasue my escrow was short. I when off I went over the contract and they said well that was done before the new escrow went into effect. after 2 days of fighting with them I called anthor company to see about getting a mortgage there all was good until they came back and stated the AMHI had reported me as being late on my payments for the very months I was given a reprive on. When I called AMHI they said well you should have kept paying until your modification went through, I told them who I was working with and what I was told to do, they said prove it. send me the copies of the letter stating that. I said i do not have a letter that states that however I do have my contract, which you have as well the man just kept fighting with me. I feel so lost I cannot get another loan because they show me late which I was not and then they increase my pymnt after I signed a contract. I do not know where to turn I feel like I have been screwed this really makes my creidt look bad when I was on time for all of payments. Now they say they are going to add late fees for the extra 42.00 I owe a month and they even posted my payment late on 11/5 when it was sent money gram on 10/31 is there anything I can legally do I cannot fight this company by myself they screwed me. and then you get sent to 10 different people when you are trying to get an answer for one question.
