 I cant really comment on your experiences since its NOT a ripoff. You can be sure that the warrenty company IS following the terms of YOUR warrenty to the letter. As for the disposal you can get AND install a good disposal for the $75 you would pay a workman. Its super easy to instal as 99% of ALL disposals are universal. You will need a screw driver and a pipe wrench. It connects at the top of the underside of the sink and to the pipe into the wall. I say this so you can see that YOU are wasting your time and money and warrenties such as yours should be saved for whan YOU have a BIG problem and NOT the tiny maintenence. Most of your issues should be able to be taken care of by YOU with just a little help from your local home depot or other such home improvment store. Take possesion of your problem and LEARN a new skill. No matter how old you are you can ALWAYS learn something NEW!!! The piece of mind comes from NOT having to pay 2k on a air conditioner repair.
