I don't know or what this supposed company, or who they claim to represent. But I've been getting harassing phone calls at my place of business for well over 3 weeks. Claiming legal action against me for a payday loan in my name. (That I have not taken). I am almost certain they found my information from a payday loan internet inquiry. But I did not accept any money from any Payday loan company. How do I go about finding these people and stopping them?

There is no legal action against you - they are overseas scammers. Tell them to take a long walk off a short pier into shark infested waters.
