American Law Division National Bureau of Criminal Identification Dept Company calls me about 4-5 times a day saying I am going to be arrested for not paying back a loan for $1400 Noone would ever give me a loan for that much money I am on disability Buna, Texas

I had looked online back in 2010 for a payday loan.  After looking around, I found out it was just a scam and there was no money to be loaned out.  Since I only make a certain amount of money on dis.  Iability, no loan was approved.

All of a sudden in March 2011, I start getting these phone calls from the phone numbers with 40 prefix saying I was going to be arrested for not paying back a loan.  I never received a loan.  There was never any money put in my checking account from any loan source.

I have contacted the FBI.  We all know when u receive a loan, you have to sign over your life; I even had to put a blocker on my phone so the numbers would not reach my phone.  Cant anyone do something about these places if they know what they are doing?

There is not one person speaking American; they all have a mideast language.  I dont understand what they are looking for.  Are they looking for money because if it ever does go to court; which I doubt because they have no paperwork, what do they get out of it????
