American Legal Services threat of being arrested at work if I did not pay them 000, Alabama

American Legal Services called me on my cell phone. After identifying themselves as a Legal Company, the man directed me to listen and ask questions later. The man spoke with a heavy Indian accent. He then told me that I would be arrested at my job on the next day if I did not pay his company $784.00. He told me I had borrowed money froma company and refused to pay it back. I asked for clarification and he told me that the monies were not in the bank upon agreed date. I asked him for the name of the comapny involved and he said American Cash. He then told me he would be tape recording me and asked me: had I ever laundered money?  Was I involved in a lawsuit?

He then "transferred"  me to the collection departmetn and the phone went dead. The man then called me back! I hung up!

I called this numbe later nad told the comapnay I was reporting them for fraud--the man laughed and told me to jump up and down on the phone
