American Legal Services Attempted to scam me with false claims, Internet

My sisters informed me that a man with a thick Indian accent contacted the two of them saying that I needed to contact American Legal Services regarding a court case. When I contacted the number given, a man with a very strong Indian accent began yelling at me because I apparently owed a company named cash advance a short term loan of 300 dollars. I was not familiar with the company and knew that I did nothing wrong. When I asked the man for identifying information, he got irate and told me that a warrant would be issued for my arrent the next morning at 11 am. He told me that I needed to contact a lawyer, or one would be appointed to me. When I asked him for a case number, or the address to where I should appear for court, he couldn't give me an answer. Instead he told me I was being argumentative and he hung up on me. So I called back, and he went through the same story, but would not give me an identifying information, but urged that I pay the money back immediately.

I refused to pay a thing, and when he heard that, he hung up. He is still harassing my family members. I intend to file a police report about this company. The harassment is not necessary, and these fraudulent b**tards need to be caught immediately.
