American standard online This is a scam, they request $199.00 for a list of homes in foreclosure. They tell you they offer a refund and then come up with reasons why you cant get your money back. Nationwide

I called about a house on craigslist for rent, american standard was who I talked to, for a fee of $199.00 they give you a list of propertys that are going into foreclosure or are already foreclosed. They state they help you and the home owner get into these house by taking over the mortgage so the home owner can walk away with clean credit. Once you sign up all they do is give you access to there website and your expected to send out letters to the addresses listed, if your not satisfied after 90 days your suppose to get a refund. When I called to get my refund they come up with every excuse to not give your money back saying you had to do so many letters and receive so many rejections. they dont help with anything, this is a major scam to get money from people.
