I was looking on the Web resourcing Foreclosure. AMC foreclosed on my home without notice. I was behind and sent payment as they requested. However when I called to confirm they told me I was too late and the house had been sold. I have contacted an attorney and he is getting no response from them. I have limited time as they told me I must be out in 4 more months. Can anyone help?

Have you been sereved evection papers? Has A'quest given you the name and numer of their attorney thats handling your case?
Start making copies of all the paper work you have loan and anything A'quest has sent you try to remember all the names of the people you have talked to at A'quest. You are not the only one having this problem. Your first step was getting a Lawyer.
Don't give up.
