Ameriquest Mortgage Amc tried to forclose, forced escrow, now made a cliam on home owners ins. that my house was stolen Ripoff Orange California

these people are heartless we have been fighting them since 2000 they tried forclosing on us said they would take a partcial payment then said i never sent it we hired a lawyer he suggested a chapter 13 and keep the house out of it and only put in the back mortgage, so thats what we did. two years later we a differant company contacted us saying they can help us get out of our chapter 13 they just needed my permission to contact ameriquest so i gave them permission, she called me back and told me that ameriquest said i missed a payment the next thing i new we were once again in forcloser now our lawyer tells us the best thing to do is to refile our ch13 and put the house in it so they cant pull know more sneaky crap well since then they returned the check that they said i never sent, have tried to force insurance on us when we all ready have it, they have forced an escrow on us in 2004 when our back taxes are in the ch 13. now best of all my insurance agent calls me on nov 9 2006 and says that amerquest has filed a claim on my home owners insurance that my house was stolen. how the hell does a house get stolen when your living in it!!!!! what are they up to? how can they get away with filing a false claim like. i would go to jail if i did something like that .
