Lawsuits...

There are thousands of class action lawsuits filed against lenders every year. Typically they are filed by a class that doesn't understand what they are doing. Amerisave closes thousands of loans every month for happy and very satisfied customers. If you get out of your house and ask around beyond the internet you'll realize that.

Most of these complaints that I'm reading are from ignorant customers that either don't understand the process or they are angry that their loan was declined. Unfortunately lenders can't approve every single loan request that comes to them. Instead of spreading bad information about a good company why don't take the steps necessary like every other American to do what it takes to get approved for the loan instead of making false claims.

Amerisave is one of the very few companies that actually publish their real rates online so you can view them at any time along with 100% of the fees. Next you simply apply and you get whatever you select. Regulations don't allow them to offer you anything except exactly what you ask for so these are all false claims you are reading.

As a former employee I'm familiar with this class action lawsuit and it's garbage like the rest of them with no basis for the suit. It's just a class of angry denied customers that think everything should be spoon fed to them rather than working for it like other Americans. And the lawyers representing them are too ignorant to understand that and are just looking to score a settlement out of a corporation. What's wrong with you people?

Amerisave Frauds

Greetings,

Just continuing on an earlier report about this dishonest company Amerisave. Too many deceptive practices to list including deceptive methods they utilize. As stated in an earlier report, it is time to take action with these people. One can simply google class action law suite and find out what to do and who to contact. I hope more do this and fines, cease and desist orders are emplaced against Amerisave. I understand this site does not allow specifics like email address, phone numbers stc to be posted. Perhaps and example of what is being looked at below can be posted. I am not a lawyer, do not like lawyers and in fact have never sued anyone in the past. This company truly deserves it! Example below. Thank you.

We are investigating a potential class action against Amerisave Mortgage Corporation, for deceptive practices in advertising of residential mortgages.  Many customers report that they respond to an Amerisave published offer of a low interest rate for the purchase of a home, or to refinance an existing mortgage.  It appears that Amerisave charges customers fees for both a credit check and property appraisal, but deny their application based on the credit check, which can be done instantaneously.  In addition, Amerisave appears to deny applicants who are well-qualified and have excellent credit ratings.  Amerisave may also state that by applying, one is "locking in" a rate, when that is not the case. If you have applied for an Amerisave loan and have been assessed fees and charges as described above
