Complaint Description:
Service charged at $280. Additional part needed quoted under $100 with installation within 3-4 days. $400 collected, additional latch price asked $308 Technician specified labor charge at $280 and hinge part $70. $395.5 collected without warrantee given. Specified that a latch part is needed for replacement, cost would be under $100 and installation within 3-4 days. Vendor to call back with quote confirmation. Client followed back after 1 week of no contact and told that now there are two parts required at quoted $308 + tax. Client disputed the charge based on technician feedback and quote at time of service. Asked for parts cost dis count, given that appliance is 10 yrs old. 2 weeks no response from vendor. Client followed up and was told that vendor will discount $100 to additional $208 for parts. Client asked for at least 50% discount on parts, based on original quote. After another week and a follow up, no additional discount provided. Client feels cheated having to pay $400 without a working appliance and now having to pay additional $208+tax. Feels that for the cost of this repair they would rather get a new appliance. Asked for a refund given the situation and not willing to pay more than already spent on the repair. Call rep told there is no escalation available other than the client sending an email to company, no follow up process available, dropped call on client. 

Desired Resolution:
Client requires a full refund of cost collected of $395.5. Client's bank can not refund. Dispute charges for refund directly with Vendor ( appliance repair guys). Appliance unusable and not repaired.
