Aquativa hit and run Austin Texas

I purchased a Aquativa water treatment system in 2006 for twice the going rate. The salesman came into my home with his high pressured sell and preyed on my desire to have the purest water available.

They even installed it at a rental property which they claimed they could not do. The system leaked the first few days until I called them back out to fix it.

I have since moved into a house and of course they moved it for me for free (because it was not paid for yet)! The system is no where near what they claim it to be.

I wrote them a letter complaining about the price as it compares to other systems. They replied with that they get the same complaint all the time but their system is "superior" to all others!

I have hard water stain in a brand new house. How do you explain that? I have tried calling them to service it but the number has been disconnected...imagine that!
