We had Aquativa install a water filtration system in our house. We are happy with the system even though it does not do all the things Mr. John Garcia from Aquativa had promised us.
Once the system was installed we noticed that we had low water pressure throughout the house and close to no water pressure left for our sprinkler system. We notified Mr. Garcia and after a week he finally came out and told us that he will send someone out to fix the problem by hooking the system up differently.
A month later we are still waiting for someone to come out and complete the job. All our phone calls have not been returned, we left several messages with his employer who is aware of this situation. We are very frustrated with this company and their customer service. We are unable to use our sprinkler system and feel ripped off by this company

Been waiting a year for service

John Garcia, you were recommended to me by Globalwater in ILL. I live in Las Cruces near El Paso, and you or someone in your employ came to pick up a vital part from my old aquativa system, statiing it would be repaired and returned, neither of which has happened in over a year. From what I've heard, you''re a decent man--so what's going on here? I called Globalwater in Ill., and he stated that he would call you. Over a year is already ridiculous--I need to know what's going on here. It almosts seems like the 'Aquativa shuffle'. It is my understanding that you left Aquative because of their shoddy business practices, i.e. ripping people off in every conceivable way in parts, service, and outright lies. Don't tell me you''re carrying on with their 'proud, infamous' traditions--please!!! My name is David B, and If I have to pay $500 to replace this part in addition to paying Aquativa $5000 for their 'water treatment system' which is about as full of holes as their 'not the same company' crap, I'm going to be even more 'annoyed'. I have restrained myself from posting over at GlobalWater, but not much longer.

my name is John Garcia and I regret that any situation that was not satisfactory to our client to begin with, The install was a difficult one to begin with.When the job was done ,the clients and ourselves believed everything was ok. unfortunate that their backyard sprinklers were installed after the pipes.When the customers called to fix the problem I was out of town ,but our installer told me he would take care of the problem, he did not. He has been fired and our new installer resolved the problem .Once again I apologize for any inconvenice and we always try to make our customers happy. this was taken care of months ago I had no idea this was on a report.
