Aquativa Failed to provide Warranty, Failed to provide service, Lied about everything it was supposed to do, Grossly Over Charged for Equipment and Labor Bradley Illinois

Aquativa came door to door selling their Water Softeners and Filtration systems. They checked our water and our bottled water from Wal-Mart and said it wasn't any good to drink.They said it would pay for itself over a period of time by us not having to buy bottled water and from the soap products they gave us with the system. Big Deal!!

We thought we were getting a High Quality, High Tech, piece of Equipment. What we got was an all plastic water softener that uses way too much salt. It has no controls to set time and day to recycle or regenerate itself. You have to call Aquativa Reps for any kind of Adjustments so they can stick it to you again!!

The Reverse Osmosis Filter System that goes under the kitchen sink is Another piece of plastic junk that they want to charge you $200.00 to $300.00 dollars a year to maintain. You can go to Lowes, Menards, Sams Club, and buy the WHOLE THING for under $200.00 Dollars!!!!

They say that this system comes with a life time Warranty!! Aquativa is just a Name, that someone has put on a generic piece of equipment, so someone else can go sell it, at ridiculous high prices, and rip people off.
