I am sorry to hear of another ripped-offed aquativa customer.

Unfortunately this is commonplace, but lucky for all, not everyone in the water business are like these former Filter Queen dealers (they sold vacuums before they started selling softeners).

I am a former employee who had to leave because of these obvious concerns you read about on this forum and all over the internet.

I began my own company in 2001 called Global Water Solutions Inc. in Bourbonnais IL to offer consumers reasonably priced high quality water refining system, and as an affordable alterative to price gouging filter changes from this company.

Sadly in December of last year they closed their doors leaving you and 1000's of others across this nation hanging without even the courtesy of a letter notifying you of their closing.
