Furniture purchased February 20th 2005. Today is May 9, 2005 still waiting for couch and (2) tables. I'm on the 4th delivery. Charged my account for (loaner) rails $65.00 and has yet to refund the money. Agreed to (5) years no interest in financing for all the hassle still only gave (3) years. All my furniture was originally promised to be in by 2 weeks.

It has been (3) months. Store manager will not return calls. This is no way to treat a customer who spent $8,000 on furniture.
