asi association &society insurance c denial of valid claims rockville, Maryland

 i joined asi in sept.2009 through the american miltary retirees association to get champva supplemental health insurance. there was a six month waiting period on the policy, which was in full force on march 1st 2010. april 8th 2010 my wife (which the policy is for) had to have surgery and another in may2010 no asi (through hartford life insurance) will not pay the claims for the obgyn doctor as they claim they have not recieved medical records from two doctors that saw my wife. i spoke with these doctors and they said they sent the requested medical info to asi, asi said they never recieved the info so asi denied claims. beware disabled veterans do not go through any miltary retiree organisation to get supplemental insurance as they will take your insurance payments but denie your claims. you can by any  supplemental insurance and it does not have to be connected to champva or tricare
