My company switched to AETNA DMO dental. Aspen Dental is the only provider in my area. I contacted the Hazleton location to request information and dealt with unprofessional individuals who made of fun of me on the phone. I asked if I could fix a broken front tooth and then fix the others as I could afford it. I explained that I am in the process of carrying two mortgages until my former home is sold and I desperately need the front tooth fixed and at this time cannot afford everything done at once. They refused to allow me to make an appointment because she said that I would have to sign a contract treatment plan to do my entire mouth and there were no exceptions. So I have a dental insurance I cannot use because this company obviously is forming some type of scam. When will some agency get involved? Does the media have word of this. This is a scam!!! A treatment contract?! Come on, someone needs to do something.

They're good at caring for your teeth, but. ...

 They did a great job on my teeth and they were professional and courteous. My problem is with their record keeping. I paid up front for services. My account was completely up to date before I did this. Six months after all the work was done, the called their accounts payable person to the desk. She informed me that I owed $125 from before I gave them the $1200 to do all the work they determined I needed. I asked how thay could be and she said it crossed between when the service was rendered and when I gave them the money. So I reluctantly paid. Then, 6 months latrr, I got a bill in the mail for $125. So u called and asked them about it. She said it was an unpaid balance from before all that work was done. I said that I paid this, and she said we have no record of that. Bottom line, they are either incompetent or they try to create confusion to extract more money. Needless to say, they lost my whole families business.

YOU ARE SOOO MISGUIDED...THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A MONEY MAKING MACHINE WHO DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS THEY GET BONUSES ON HOW MANY PEOPLE THEY CAN HERD IN AND OUT OF THEIR OFFICES LIKE CATTLE!!!

Im an assistant I have worked their for 3 years we like to help every patient with every need we don't do patch work dentistry like other area dentists. First visit is exam and x-rays to see what kind of work is needed and how we can help you. We help patients with all their needs and very professional. If we helped every patient on their first with their problem they would never come back and we wouldn't be in business that is why people have bad teeth in this area cause they don't care about their teeth.
