Hi:

I want to report a rip off from ASPEN dental as a MCD (managing Clinical Director).

If you are a dentist and this is your first time in ASPEN dental, read my story. I was hired on December 2nd and according to our contract, I had to work for 90 days for 500 dollars a day. This is the base pay. After this 90 days, I was on production percentage meaning  the more we make money the bigger paycheck I get from the net production.

I finished my 90 days ( worked extremely hard) to take care of our patients. In my forth months, being on production I made roughly about 200,000 (gross) that month.I worked really hard to bring our production that high. And I was supposed to get 15 percent of the net production. Sounds good right? This is what they told me, our net production is 128000. Really? meaning we had 70000 overhead. Without any detail explanation they created this PDF file and knocked out 70000 from the 200000 that I made. Please stay a way from this company.

They Knocked out roughly $70,000. Be aware they steal money, MCD watch for their fake offers. Once I realized and I complained, they hired another new dentist so they can use him for onother 4 and 5 months.

Be aware of this company. They stole my money and they will do the same thing. The employees don't get appropriate lunch time, they force everyone work like animals. The lab tech treated like bad.

Don't work for ASPEN Dental they are theives, liers and dishonest.
