Aspen Dental Fraudulent, unethical, unnecessary procedure, did not receive product I paid for. Warwick Rhode Island

 Needed to replace lower bridge. Already had upper dentures which fit well & were comfortable. Was told bridge had to be replaced with full lower set. Also told me he would have to also make new upper set. I selected and paid for (plus insurance) top level permanent dentures. I was aghast at first try in. Uppers were way too large, I looked like a horse. Lowers were quite loose. Was told they were only temporary until time healed then problems would be rectified with permanent set. ( prior to try in my remaining lower teeth were extracted). I returned to the office every 10-14 days for adjustment to lowers for fit. At each visit time dentist told me perm set would fix the problem. At one appt for adjustment, molds were done for permanent set. At my last visit I was seen by a tech, not a dentist. She told me the lower set could no longer be adjusted. Permanent dentures? Was told I was not eligible; that was not what I paid for. "Discussion" So, my insurance and I paid for perm. dentures, but received temporary uppers that were too big. And lower temps which I could not use, talk, or eat with because they just floated in my mouth. I asked for my original upper because they fit well. Was told they were no longer available ( I thought they belonged to me). And that is an abbreviated version of a deal debacle.
