Asset Recovery Associates Scam, threat Lombard Illinois

Kimberly Wallace employee of Asset Recovery Associates advised that they had a Judge that signed a Judgement against me and was filed in a Federal Court for a 24 year old balance. I advised that I wanted to contact my attorney and was told that the settlement offer was only good during our conversation and that if I called back I would not be offered a settlement amount. I was threatened with them notifying ALL of my creditors that I was a high rusk and all of my credit would be withdrawn as well as a lien placed on my home. The threats were endless and I was kept on phone for one hour 26 minutes wearing me down until I gave in and did a bank transfer via a conference call. I also had to give a credit card for the amount difference of the bank transfer and what they were saying I owed them.
