assurance wireless applied for phone back in sept of 2011 and still have not received it so went with safelink wireless and got their phone and receieved it within 1one week of applying parsippney, New Jersey

I have had nothing but problems with assurance wireless. I applied for their phone in september of this year and I am still waiting. I have very serious health issues and needed a phone of my doctors.i got the run a round from them to the point that i gave up and decided to go with safelink wireless and they were GREAT. From the time i applied it took 10 days and then received my phone through them with no problems or headaches. assurance i believe is a fake and gives people false hopes. don"t go with assurance !!!!!!

You were asking for a free phone and you call them a ripoff because they didn't give you a free phone fast enough? How exactly were you ripped off?
Frankly, after reading this, I'm feeling a bit ripped off.

when you are getting a free phone and minutes paid for by the tax payers. So what if one company takes longer to approve and deliver it?
