Asurion has been unable to fullfil its duty by contract to provide me a working Mobile phone under it's insurance policy. I have had 3 replacement phones and now since I mentioned I was unhappy and might contact your office they refused to speak with me anymore and hung up after telling me the Legal department would contact me.

I have acted in good faith with Asurion having to receive delivery, prepare the phone with a zagg screen, get a new case and reset up the smartphone so it would work. I have done this 3 times and it take time to do. The original phone broke so they sent a replacement that was defective. The next phone was also defective The next phone was also defective. So now I have another defective phone that they won't replace now because they want be to talk to the legal department.

I asked for an upgrade to a Droid Razr MAxx for all my trouble and not being able to use a working phone for almost two weeks. I don't know how long they can keep just sending defective phones.. do you?

Also when I received the phone now it did not come with a SIM Card that you need to activate the phone. I called and was told they would send one so I waited a few days and called them They had no record of a shipment so I asked them what I can do to get a working phone Now they told me to go to the verizon store and buy one and send them the receipt for for reimbursement. So I go the the Verizon Store and the lady tells me SIM cards are free and I could have come in a week ago.

So I just called abou this defective phone and the phone guy George I think want a credit card deposit. I told him I paid that already with the original defective phone. He said I had to do it again even though no one had asked me for a credit card number again after the original claim. I don't understand why I have to put a deposit twice on one replacement.

It is not my fault they cannot provide a working phone. I am asking for your help because I am being treated unfairly and have not got a working phone. Also the double security payment is very confusing to me. Like I said when I mentioned your office they hung up and told me the legal department would call me. Is that normal?
