asurion extended warranty results in no service national Internet

Asurion offers insurance and protection against equipment failure.  I sent in my lap top SEVEN times, the last three times because it is making a clicking noise.  they say 'nothing is wrong' but originally it did not make this noise, and the noise has been independantly diagnosed as a sign of impending failure.

i have not had use of the laptop for almost one year.  i have already replaced it, but not with the help of this insurance product that i bought.

they have failed to fix or replace the laptop, and this is they service that was sold to me.  they are not abiding by their 'lemon'' promise in which if they fail to fix, they will cash you out.

they have not provided the service that i purchased.

clearly a RIPOFF
