These guys are idiots and that is given the name idiot a bad reputation. They not only installed my service four days late I spent five hours on the phone with them. And then when the service was lower speed than promised they told me that the promised speed was actually a range depending on the day, how far we were from their center and if someone controlling it was PMSing or not.

Don't do it, don't jump into AT & T jump off the nearest building instead.

High Speed Internet

AUTHOR: Ashley - (U.S.A.)

have you ever had high speed internet before?

Every service I've tried has these same issues. You will get slower speeds during peak times. You will get slower speeds the farther you are from the center, you will get slower speed depending on the number of people accessing the same node as you. No company can guarantee ultra high speed internet unless you are willing to pay a LOT of money to get a hub, like a T1 or T3
