AT&T AT&T wireless sold me a defective phone and refused to replace it. Demopolis, Alabama Nationwide

 I bought a Samsung Note 5 from the local AT&T store. I notified them within 24 hours that there was a problem with the screen. I first called the store where I was told it could be replaced in the first 14 days except they did not have another one to replace it with. They then informed me that if they do not get another phone within my 14 days they would give me the number to call and make a claim on the phones insurance which would cost me $200. When it became apparent that the store would not be getting a phone for me in 14 days I called the 611 number and they told me first that I had a year to claim a manufacturing issue but them told me the screen was not covered. They sold me a defective phone for $700 might I add and have no plans to replace it. We pay them $900 a month for service for 3 generations of kids and grandkids. You would think they would want to keep our buisness.
