At the Beach Incorporated refused to cancel my wife's contract when she became pregnant and could not utilize the facilities. At the Beach uses a contract which states that the contract is "absolutely Noncancelable"

We are now suing At the Beach for violations of The Oklahoma Health Spa Act which requires the conditions for cancellation be included on the contract.

Approved Legal Hotline Do not work for this company, especially the owner, Stuart Grant and manager Stan Russ. Professional sales job and this joker wears basically like he is at the beach in myinterview. A first for me. He also has his tattoo showing on his shoulder, when he knows I'm Jewish. Twice I interviewed and both times, still can't get how much salary they will pay me should I get the job. This is after Stuart said he would email me what the salary is. After 3 weeks and many calls and a few emails, nothing. Not trustworthy and if your word isn't good, then what is? Los Angeles California

Fouad Samaha, MD Boston Plastic Surgey or Southshore Plastic Surgery I had gynecomastia removal. Dr Samaha sucked my chest breasts dry. They sink in now and its called crater deformation. My nipple was damaged and hangs down. I can't take off my shirt in public at the beach, swimming or just hot. He did overkill liposuction. My chest is permanently damaged and looks way worse than before. He doesn't know what he is doing. He is greedy and only is in it for $. He shouldn't advertise this improvement to your chest looking better, if he can't do the surgery properly. He is deceptive. His online page is rigged. He lists only the good. Our lawyer can't settle out of court so we are going to court. He has a lawsuit on his hands. Samaha would never admit he made a horrible mistake and never said he was sorry. We went back many times after making appt.'s and he kept denying the way his chest looked. He offered to repair nipple only for extra $$$. He should've offered to repair it for free! He's not supposed to be practicing on patients or harming young patients. He had no pictures at the time we went. Don't risk going to him. He tells you that you can use the consultation fee for part of your cost of surgery to lure you in. He makes you pay in advance and sign many intimidating legal papers. Quincy Massachusetts
