ATT U-Verse ATT Uverse - total rip ofrf I fell for the door to door pitch on a saturday North Highlands CA Nationwide

An ATT showed up at my home on 1-24-15 and pitched the ATT U-verse program.  His pitch was good so i signed up knowing that i could cancel within 3 business days (FL Law)

On Monday 1-26 i went to cancel. On the back of the agreement there is an address that discloses where to send the cancellation notice to:  It is 4837 Watt Ave, North Highlands CA 95742.

Acording to the USPO there is no Watt ave in that zip code.  The post office advised me that if someone just mailed the cancellation to this address they sould get the mail back in 2 to 3 weeks as undeliverable.  Go Figure!

What are the chances that all of the ATT legal staff did this on purpose ... Probably 100%

I sent my cancellation that was notorized, sent by USPO registered and return request.

I have also reported them to the FL Puplic service commission and suggest that you do the same in your state.
