This company will keep your rebate and waste alot of your time making you think they are actually trying to help you. Companies make alot of money off of rebates. They dont pay them. What can you do? I have been with cingular since 2002. When at&t took over, my bills never made sense. Hours were spent with customer service reps. I am tired of these guys wasting my time. There is nothing professional about the company or the people that I have talked to. I will be paying 1043.00 to cancel my so called "service". Its well worth it. This would be a waste of my time writing this except maybe a few people will google this report and decide to go somewhere else. Dont waste your time guys, this is one wolf in sheeps clothing that will cost you hundreds if not thousands. As for the people writing to give the company a little credit..............save your bs for someone that has time to read bs.

Is it better that a lawsuit sues you and your company looses billions or is it better to fix the error of your ways and reconcile with your consumers " well"
Consider this then "GOD IS THE LAWYER" And your soul is the money" I suggest we all listen to the wise man in me " As he is also more powerful than any locomotive and the motive you are using on his people is all pointing to you"
If you are to benefit from this way of thinking at least pay back these people for your bad business practice make you service good I agree with this guy once at&t took over your company smells like the water you drink crap in a bottle" you might convince some that it is good but not me.
