Purchased a Viper alarm system which included the $1.00 install fee. Total purchase was $306.17 in 6/04. Audio Express took two full days to install and the alarm never worked correctly. The workmanship was very poor, we were not shown properly how to operate system and we had to call Viper directly to receive an owners manuel. We did not even know there was a kill switch with this system. We ended up paying another company $275.00 to re-install the whole system from scratch. This whole process seems like a nightmare. We would not recommend this company for service.
