Audio Express CD changer install ~ Messed up radio system ~ now nothing works ~ unwilling to resolve Richmond Virginia

Took my car in to have a cd changer installed in trunk. All they had to do was move a bracket for new cd changer to fit and properly install new cd changer.

By the way, the radio and cassette player were both working just fine when I dropped the car off.

When I picked up my car after they said it was ready, the new cd player still wouldn't work, and now the radio or cassette player won't work either.

Don't know what they did to make everything not work, but they wouldn't resolve the issue. There BIG suggestion was to "take it somewhere and have them check the radio".

Never would I suggest that anyone take anything to Audio Express located at 6101 W Broad Street in Richmond, VA.

Now I am going to have to find some place else to fix the problems they caused and are unwilling to fix.
