Audio Express Ripoff Broken Windshield after installation Manchester, Missouri

On 06/24/06, I went to the company to purchase a full alarm system. The sales representative, Scott Johnston, was very helpful and even offered me a deal that I couldn't refuse. They told me the installation would take three hours and they would call me when it was finished. I paid $249. Three and a half hours later, there was still no call. So, I called them back and they told me that they were finishing it up and it would be ready in 45 min. to an hour. Two and a half hours rolled by and still no call. Again, I called up there for them to tell me my car was done. I went back up to the company and picked up my car. While traveling down Manchester road, I noticed a crack in my windshield at eye level on the drivers side, right in my view, where they performed the alarm installation. All around the crack was their palm prints. I instantly called the company with my complaint, saying that I know that my windshield was not cracked before I went to them for service. I spoke to the store manager, Nathan about this problem. The conversation went nowhere. Nathan just kept telling me it was there before I went into the store. On the "before installation inspection" sheet, there is a place with two lines for "comments on exterior." On 06/26m I asked Nathan why that was written in on the side of the paper instead of the two lines provided. He told me that there was no more room on the paper for the comment. However, there is a blank 7 inch line directly under the comment on exterior portion. I know my windshield was not cracked before my service with the company.
