Auralux Same story as the rest. Free sample with shipping cost. Received it 7 days later. Read the details on packing slip. Tried to go to web site and it did not exist . Stated investigating and found ripoff report. Will send unopened jar back to them at my expense of coarse. Shame on me for not checking them out before I ordered. San Diego California

Received my package today. Read the packing slip. Tried to go to web site, it did not exist. That raised a red flag. Started investigating and found this web site. Seems you have to mail the unused portion back within 14 days or your free sample becomes an $80.00 purchase. Shame on me for not checking it out before I gave them my credit card. Now I have to go out to buy an envelope to mail it in, go to post office and pay another shipping fee! And I have nothing to show for it! Scam, scam, scam!!!

This is a complete scam. Their "Carlsbad" office is a PO box at the Postal Annex here in Carlsbad. No office exists. Additionally, the "San Diego" office is the same. A PO box at the downtown post office. I live here and ...MoreThis is a complete scam. Their "Carlsbad" office is nothing but a PO box at the Postal Annex here in Carlsbad. No office exists. Additionally, the "San Diego" office is the same. A PO box at the downtown San Diego post office. I live here and checked it out. My wife made this mistake, so please beware that if you decide to take their "Free Sample", you're automatically agreeing to their subscription model that will charge you just under $90 per month. If you also decide to get their additional samples (which they push at checkout), you will be charged an additional $90 per month from a different company (which is actually the same company, doing business under a different name to confuse you). They won't refund any money, and you'll need to call each company number to stop the subscription. If you don't call both numbers they'll continue to charge you. Lame!
