AUTO GALLERY SEBASTION AND SERGIO F** ME OVER ON MY CONTRECT GAINESVILLE Georgia

  I have been dealing with this company for 14 months now and i have had nothing but problems with these people.At first it started out my transmission was slipping after 2 weeks of having my car. they told me that it would be fine to keep driving the car and when it got worse to come in and we will help pay half of it to get fixed. I didn't want that but that was the only option they gave me. I ask to get it in writing and Sergio the manager,told me i didn't to have it in writing, for me to take their word. its been over a year and the car has yet to be fixed. The second issue was that originally the car was suppose to have been finance thru a 3rd party company come to find out it was done as buy here pay here, with the outrageous interest of 28%. Am paying over $10,000 in interest on a $16,000 car. So pretty much am paying for two cars. Aside from that am paying $499.00 dealer see. $399.00 other charges, plus a $499.00 gap fee that they claim for the gps on my car. The 3rd issue is that i recently had a minor accident and i receive a check from my ins. company that am unable to cash due to the check also being under Auto Gallery name.they refuse to release because they want me to get my car fix with them. So currently my car is sitting in a shop with a bad transmission. now they are calling for a payment that's 2 days past due. and they are threatening me to have a warrant out for me if the payment is not made. The had a meeting recently with the owner and in a few words he told me i was screwed and the only way i could be release from all this is to pay 9000.00 on top of the 8500.00 that i already paid, otherwise they are going to garnish my wages.
