In September 2005, we went to Auto Gallery to find a new vehicle. We had bought from there before and we knew some of the salesmen. We found a 2002 Chev Venture van and the salemen told us that it was in our price range (whatever that was)and we decided to take it for a ride.

We were charged $19,995.00 for a 2002 plain Chev Venture van, and we tried to return it but we were told our old van was sold and it wasn't in our favor to return it. If we made our payments for 8 months, our rate on our loan would drop. After speaking with the finance company, that would never happen! We know someone who bought a 2003 Chev Venture, fully loaded, for almost $4000 less than we got ours.

They passed inspection on the van when the interior lights didn't work, the fan on the air conditioner and the heating system, and only 1 key to start the van. We sweat in the summer and freeze in the winter. We have been promised all these things, but to this day, nothing has been received. The inspection report wasn't signed.

We have been hosed, lied to and mislead. We are stuck with this van because we were overcharged and we can't trade it in to lower our payments because of that. We are stuck with this lemon they sold us!
